Shout out to Kaleb and Emily for the warm and friendly reception when we checked in! The rooms are so immaculate. Huuuge TV with chrome cast! I love the outdoors area too, huge pool and jacuzzi and fully equipped gym.

I did not stay at the hotel but attended a 2-day conference at this location. From the moment I entered I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Lunch servers were present but almost invisible as they took care of the lunch crowd. Front desk staff were accommodating and attentive. Great hotel!
What a wonderful Hyatt property. Some properties can be downright stingy with Globalist benefits, but this property interprets them to the maximum and is wonderfully gracious about it. Breakfast was wonderful, and our server remembered us each day. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Everyone from the check-in hosts to the Dining servers and housekeeping were extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel was very quiet and beautiful. We stayed for 2 nights and I would say it was great! The food was delicious and they have a variety of items on the menu. Very close and convenient to the spots we patronized. And the rooms were clean and well kept.
I have stayed here over five times for different reasons. It's a great location! For instance, if you are headed to LA for an attraction or Thousand Oaks for the mall, soccer, or K-1 racing. Also, the community around is nice with walkable restaurants with good food and a nice grocery store. The onsite food and service, heated pool, waterfall, and grounds are lovely and safe. I recommend .

It was pretty nice. Usually i dislike hotels, but it was nice having everyone in the same place, and the rooms were pretty comfortable. My only complaint is the fitness center is super lame. C+ at best.
